CX-033535: Carbon Capture Pilot at Cane Run Generating Station – Phase 1

OCED is proposing to provide funding to PPL Corporation in support of the Carbon Capture Pilot at Cane Run Generating Station (CRGS) project. The proposed project involves the design, construction, integration, and testing of a carbon dioxide capture unit with an existing natural gas combined cycle (NGCC) power plant at CRGS in Louisville, KY. This NEPA determination applies to Phase 1 (detailed project planning and the front-end engineering design (FEED)) of the project.
