In-kind replacement of existing overhead top of pole electric cable, utilizing the majority of existing utility poles, replacing pole top conductors and materials, and reframe poles. Install new conductors then transfer customers to new service and deenergize old conductor. Remove/dispose of old conductor/equipment.
