CX-033402: Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory -- Carbon-Negative and Ambient Production of Fertilizer Precursor

Funding will support the project team's small-scale research and development of a bioelectrocatalytic cell that converts energy, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen gas into ammonia by maximizing microbes for ammonia production through bioengineering strategies and integration of microbes into an electrolysis-coupled growth chamber.
