CX-033390: Bi-Partisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Sustainable Energy for Consumers (SERC)

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) would implement the Sustainable Energy Resources for Consumers (SERC) Grants, authorized from the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA) Public Law 110-140, Section 411(b). This NEPA determination is specific to the following WAP Recipients: State of Indiana, Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, Kentucky Housing Corporation, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Tennessee, State of New Jersey, State of Michigan, Delaware Division of Climate, Coastal and Energy, and Utah Department of Workforce Services.
