CX-032354: National Renewable Energy Laboratory -- Wind Energy with Integrated Servo-control (WEIS): A Tool Set to Enable Controls Co-Design of Floating Offshore Wind Energy Systems

This Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funding and team members to support the project team's information gathering and analysis efforts to develop a Wind Energy with Integrated Servo-control (WEIS) model, a tool set that will enable control co-design optimization of both conventional and innovative, cost-effective floating offshore wind turbines (FOWT).
