The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to repurpose $765,500 of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds awarded to the City of Plano, Texas from a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) to a grant program. This would reduce the City’s loan loss reserve from $865,421.00 to $99,921.00.
