Twice a year, all Site Specific Advisory Board officers from around the country meet in an EM SSAB Chairs conference. They discuss matters relevant to all the sites as a whole and may make recommendations as a body. At the March 2023 EM SSAB Chairs' meeting, the Chairs approved a recommendation outlining best practices for DOE responses to EM SSAB Chairs recommendations.
ORSSAB voted and concurred on the recommendation at its May 2023 monthly meeting.
