Applications are open for staff from local governments to learn from both each other and DOE national lab experts over six-month periods as they work to deploy renewable energy solutions.

Applications are now open for staff from local governments and related entities to learn from each other and DOE national lab experts over a six-month period as they work to deploy renewable energy solutions, including wind energy. Interested communities should apply to one or more of these three cohorts by May 8, 2023:

  1. Planning and funding for electric vehicle charging infrastructure deployment.
  2. Implementing a municipal renewable energy procurement strategy.
  3. Incorporating community voices in renewable energy planning and deployment.
