SUMMARY: Attached for your information is a brief summary of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) amendments, published in the February 14, 2023 Federal Register at 88 FR 9730. FAC 2023-02 issued two final rules and technical amendments.
The effective date of these amendments was corrected in the February 16, 2023, Federal Register to read March 16, 2023.
