SUBJECT: AL 2021-06 (Revision) Chief Information Officer’s Supply Chain Risk Management Program
SUMMARY: Revisions were required to correct errors to the Department of Energy’s AL 2021-06, Chief Information Officer’s Supply Chain Risk Management Program issued on September 1, 2021.
AL 2021-06, Chief Information Officer’s Supply Chain Risk Management Program Attachment-Solicitation Provisions and Contract Clauses has been updated and revised as follows:
- DOE-H-20XX MITIGATING SUPPLY CHAIN RISK USING ENHANCED PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY [DATE]
- Paragraphs in the clause go from (c) to (f) and skips (d) and (e) as a result paragraph (f) has now been renamed to (d) and paragraph (e) Subcontracts. in the clause has been deleted and inserted as (d).
- DOE-H-20XX MITIGATING SUPPLY CHAIN RISK USING ENHANCED PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY FOR NATIONAL SECURITY SYSTEMS, NUCLEAR WEAPONS COMPONENTS AND ASSOCIATED ITEM [DATE]
- Paragraphs in the clause go from (c) to (e), and skips (d) and as a result paragraph (e) Subcontracts. has now been renamed to (d) and paragraph (e) in the clause has been deleted and inserted as (d).
