This Weatherization Program Notice (WPN) provides Weatherization Assistance Program Grantees with the option to use regional priority lists for single-family site-built, manufactured homes, and low-rise multifamily projects to facilitate greater impacts and reduce administrative burdens.

The provisions of this program notice apply to all Grantees applying for financial assistance under the U.S. Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program.
