DOE ordered Hansen Industries, Inc. d/b/a Islandaire to pay a $12,000 civil penalty after Islandaire had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant commercial packaged terminal heat pump basic model #CPZ-07ANR1-B, CPZ-09ANR1-B, and CPZ-12ANR1-B. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Islandaire.
