This Flash provides the updated Acquisition Guide Chapter 71.4, Procurement Management Review Program (Aug 2021). Revisions include moving all attachments to a dedicated MAX.gov page, an updated approach to M&O sites, addition of virtual PMR procedures, and administrative changes.
Procurement offices should review the changes in order to familiarize themselves with the Procurement Management Review process changes associated with these revisions.
