DOE/EA-2162: Finding of No Significant Impact

In March 2021, DOE’s Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) adopted “Mill Creek Fish Passage Project Section 408 Permissions; Walla Walla, Washington” as DOE/EA-2162 and issued a finding of no significant impact for its proposed action to fund a nonprofit organization to oversee the fabrication of replacement in-channel concrete panels that would reduce depth and velocity barriers to migrating native fish.
