On August 20, 2019, the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Enterprise Assessments issued an Enforcement Letter, SEL-2019-01, to Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC related to continued noncompliance with requirements for timely notification and closure of Category A IOSCs at Savannah River.
