SUBJECT: Transitioning of Wage Determinations Online (WDOL.gov)

TO: Procurement Directors (PDs)/Heads of Contracting Activities (HCAs)/Contracting Officers/Contract Specialist
FROM: Director, Contract and Financial Assistance Policy Division, Office of Policy, Office of Acquisition Management

SUMMARY:

This Policy Flash is to advise you that Wage Determinations Online (WDOL.gov) will be transitioning to beta.SAM.gov on June 14, 2019.

At that time, beta.SAM.gov will become the authoritative (or official) source for wage determinations. Users will be able to search and view Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act and Collective Bargaining Agreements wage determinations without a login account. Users with accounts will be able to save searches, follow Wage Determinations and enter Collective Bargaining Agreements wage determinations.

A training video has been posted at: https://beta.sam.gov/cm/videos/detail?id=142

To prepare for this decommission, users that currently subscribe to WDOL.gov must make note of current WDOL.gov saved wage determination numbers to re-subscribe on the beta.SAM.gov site.

Current wage determination numbers will not migrate automatically to the new site.

When users log into beta.SAM.gov, a “follow” function is available to re-subscribe to wage determinations and receive alerts when changes occur.

For detailed steps on how to re-subscribe to wage determination numbers in beta.SAM.gov please see the article at the following link: Urgent News You Need To Know About Your WDOL.gov Subscriptions
