The existing shoothouse facility provides little to no wind protection for trainers and observers. Trainers and observers stand in an elevated position that is mostly exposed to blowing winds. This project will install 10 new fiberglass panels (22' to 23' X 4' to 5') on the existing building to inhibit the wind and improve the usability of the facility.
