Hudson Valley Community College's sub-recipient Three Rivers Community College (TRCC) proposes to use federal funding to purchase equipment for a mock roof system to support the solar photovoltaic (PV) educational "Train the Trainer" program, Two Lab Volt units would be purchased and installed inside of the Electrical Engineering Credit lab. The proposed project would be conducted at TRCC's campus (574 New London Turnpike, Norwich, Connecticut 06360) located 1.5 miles southeast of Norwich. The proposed site is east of a residential area, north of a Norwich Country Club and west of an open space.
