The State of Wyoming will use $3,300,000 of their Recovery Act funds for grants made to public K-12 School Districts for the purpose of retrofitting existing facilities to improve energy efficiency. Districts may also use the funds to develop student and community education opportunities through renewable energy or other conservation related installations.
