Providing Laurel County with a Detailed Energy Study (DES), a recommended list of Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) to be implemented using Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds. There are three measurable goals and objectives planned for the Laurel County facilities. These consist of lighting retrofits, water conservation, and Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning controls.
