Utilities (storm water, industrial cooling water, domestic water supply, sanitary, and communications) that are currently under the Collider Detector Facility (CDF) parking lot to the west of the CDF building would be replaced in a new alignment adjacent to Road D. A new parking area would be constructed in an upland area between the Central Helium Liquefier facility and Industrial Building 1.
