Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Hadley Street Trail: This will connect Haltom Road Park to Little Fossil Park. The project consists of approximately 3800 linear feet of concrete hike and bike trail to be completed in the spring of 2010. This project will be funded through the City's Economic Development corporation. This is an inner city linkage that may be combined with a Safe Pathways program.
