Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant fund. Box Elder County is partnering with Nexant, Inc. to perform energy audits on seven major County-owned facilities. The facilities to be audited are: County Courthouse, County Sheriff, Justice Center (under construction), Search and Rescue, County Landfill, County Roads & Weeds, and County Fairgrounds. We have chosen Nexant, Inc. because they, in turn, are partnered with Questar Gas and Rocky Mountain Power to help subsidize the costs of the energy audits.
