The Project Activity Sheet (PAS) titled "Mill Creek Restoration Project" submitted by the City of Cincinnati, Ohio, includes funding of feasibility studies, property and utility surveys, geotechnical analyses, preliminary engineering and landscape drawings, due diligence documentation, and NEPA documentation related to two proposed sections of bike trail that are included in Phase 2 of the City of Cincinnati's Queen City-South Mill Creek Greenway Trail program. Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds will not be used for construction.
