Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Hire a Project Administrator to oversee energy efficiency and conservation grant and administrative costs associated with application, 2) develop an energy efficiency and conservation strategy and a comprehensive plan to provide long-term guidance for energy efficiency improvements, 3) based on energy audit assessments, compile a comprehensive list of recommended municipal building retrofits (excludes implementation of building retrofits), and 4) upgrade the Sports Field lighting at recreational facilities.
