Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Acquisition of technical services for development of an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (completed), 2) support a Solar Consortium Study to identify potential solar photovoltaic projects within the city (ongoing), 3) retrofit of the City Hall (84 years old) heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and 4) retrofit of the D&R Canal Pump Station motors and controls.
