The proposed action leases about 5 acres of privately owned property at the intersection of West Broadway and Bellin Road in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to provide employee parking for bus transportation to and from the Idaho National Laboratory site. Lease of the property would occur after owner modifications, for example paving, establishing entry and exit locations, providing stormwater drainage, etc. The proposed lease is anticipated to start in late Fiscal Year-18 or early Fiscal Year-19 and cost an estimated 200 thousand dollars per year.
