Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Develop an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (completed) and 2) conduct building efficiency retrofits at the Mountain View Wastewater Facility which will include upgrades to mechanical, lighting, and electrical equipment; aerator upgrades with variable frequency drives and high efficiency motors; supervisory control and data acquisition upgrade to control aerators; installation of power conditioners; and installation of power monitoring equipment.
