Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG). The Town of Middletown plans to use the EECBG Program funds to purchase variable-speed drives (VFDs) to retrofit as many as five motors driving the pumping mechanisms in five of the Town's twenty wastewater lift stations.
