This revised Environmental Review Form (ERF) includes the proposed changes that relocate the proposed construction site for the 202 substation from north of Building 202 to northeast of Building 202 coordinating the site location with the Site Modernization Plan. In addition, this revised ERF describes the installation details of the 138 kilovolt electrical substation near Building 202, the design details for the duct bank, the modification of 549A substation, and the overhead lines associated with the substation work.
