Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant for:1) Funds for incremental costs associated with building three Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified homes on the Pine Creek Reservation and acquiring technical services for project management services for their construction (incremental costs are for purchasing materials for foundation walls, lumber [sealants and energy heel truss], additional framing required, geothermal heat pump, plumbing, insulation, landscaping, LEED supervision and general conditions)
