Pennsylvania State University will use Department of Energy American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to develop Solar Photovoltaic and Solar Hot Water Train-the Trainer programming targeted to teach professionals at Community Colleges, Universities, and training centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and West Virginia.
