Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The City of Placentia will partner with Southern California Edison to perform energy audits on the five City Buildings, the City will utilize grant funds to begin the first year of retrofitting to achieve savings, reduce power consumption, and lead by example in reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.
