Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma will install a 40 kilowatt wind turbine on their Tribal Administration Building. The turbine is intended to provide a sustainable source of energy for the 18,053 square foot facility, which houses the Tribes' executive, legislative, and administrative offices, as well as a number of federal program offices. It is anticipated that the wind turbine will provide significant savings to the Tribes and will serve as a positive demonstration project for Tribal members.
