The proposed action would recruit, prepare, and train S qualified candidates to fill the growing market for renewable energy/green jobs in the Tribe and in the surrounding community. Through partnerships between local colleges, local contractors, and the Tribe; participants would be trained to support the Tribe's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Project and participate in apprenticeship opportunities in other parts of the region.
