The tribe proposes to utilize Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds in order to purchase, assemble, install and connect a wind turbine to the existing tribal water system treatment building. The existing building is supplied by power from PG&E and the wind turbine will reduce the power usage and cost for the tribe.
