The tribe proposes to utilize Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds in order to replace three residential standard 30 and 40 gallon propane fired water heaters with propane-fired on-demand water heaters (tankless). These new water heaters would reduce the propane usage by approximately 40 percent.
