The Tribes propose to utilize a portion of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds to complete the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation's (CTUIR) partially developed energy policy. The purpose of the policy will be to guide the use of energy and the development of energy security and independence.
