Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Installation of a solar photovoltaic system with a capacity of approximately 117 kilowatts on the roof of the Public Works Garage (1978), 2) acquisition of services to develop an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (completed), 3) replace windows in the Municipal Building, 4) upgrade heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in the Municipal Building, 5) upgrade lighting and install occupancy sensors in the Municipal Building, 6) lighting upgrades and install occupancy sensors in the Health Department Building, and 7) install monitoring system for the Public Works solar photovoltaic system.
