Under a separately funded Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) activity, the tribal Energy Auditor will identify, determine and recommend lighting retrofits for tribal buildings and low-income homes. EECBG funding will be used to purchase necessary energy-efficient light bulbs for both commercial and residential units.
