Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Tribe proposes to develop an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy that will be referred to as the "Green Living Initiative Plan." The legal firm Shipman and Goodman LLP will be retained to advise the Tribe on programmatic options under evolving State and Federal Legislation to enable implementation of the "Green Living Initiative."
