This National Environmental Policy Act is for the placement of underground electrical lines in and around the B-TP-10 battery. The entire project area is within Section 10, Township 38 North, Range 78 West. Existing above ground electrical lines running between poles 1 and 2 anything that could impact the will be buried along the same course as the hanging lines.
