1978 version, as amended, of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), 40 CFR parts 1500–1508. These regulations were replaced, effective September 14, 2020, with revised CEQ NEPA Implmenting Regulations.
