CX-270347: Modifying the Gauges and Nitrogen Valve Assembly on 774-E-1 and 774-E-2

Transformers 774-E-1 and 774-E-2 are the original transformers and have their original gauges. The gauges are old and not functioning well. The proposed work scope is to replace the original gauges with a transformer monitoring unit. The transformer monitoring until will be installed on the side of the transformer in a location that is accessible while the transformer is energized. The existing pressure, oil level and oil temperature gauges will be replaced with transducers that will be fed into the monitoring unit. The cooling fans will also be modified to be controlled by the monitoring unit. Additionally, there is currently no access to fill the nitrogen on the transformer while it is energized. The valve assembly will be relocated to a location that is accessible while the transformer is energized.
