DOE Extends Los Alamos National Laboratory Cleanup Bridge Contract

Los Alamos – The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management Los
Alamos Field Office (EM-LA) extended the Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Bridge Contract by a
period of six months today. The period of extension is valued at approximately $65 million.
With the extension, the contract will expire on March 31, 2018. The contract was originally
set to expire on September 30, 2017.
