The first document below is a policy regarding representations of efficiency in both the consumer and industrial (commercial) metrics.
The second document below is a final rule related to "Test Procedures for Consumer and Commercial Water Heaters," commonly referred to as the "Conversion Factor Final Rule." The rule includes three enforcement policies related to standards violations and certification violations for certain consumer water heaters and commercial water heating equipment.
