The U.S. DOE Oak Ridge National Laboratory Site Office proposes to deactivate the Oak Ridge Electron Linear Accelerator, located in Building 6010 at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in order to significantly reduce operational and maintenance costs for this underutilized facility, and to facilitate repurposing of associated laboratory and office spaces.
