SWMF has approximately 500 concrete culverts which are approximately 8 feet high and 7 feet in diameter. The culverts, which have a radiological history, can not be cleared and must be disposed of via the trenches. In order to save space in the trench areas, SWMF has carefully cracked and collapsed the culverts to save space in the waste disposal areas.
