The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to LastWall Networks to perform business development activities through the Excelerator Program. Specifically, LastWall Networks has developed a real-time, risk-based access management security platform. This cyber security platform secures cloud-based systems and remotely accessed assets by capturing a variety of data points about user access across a number of factors and then analyzes and evaluates the risk associated with that access in real time. The objective of the project is to fully understand how this cyber security platform could be applied to the utility sector in Hawaii and beyond. LastWall Networks would focus on a comprehensive customer discovery effort and develop a specific go-to-market plan. LastWall Networks is a sub recipient within the PICHTR award, DE-FG36-08GO88146. PICHTR administers the Energy Excelerator Program which has a previous DOE NEPA determination (GFO-GO88146-009, CX A9, A11, B5.1, 3/27/2013). This is a new project within the program.
