DOE/NNSA has a need for laboratory-wide cellular services, to include the buffer areas and locations where LLNL employees are required to work outside the perimeter fence, for security patrols and facility maintenance activities. DOE/NNSA proposes to allow a vendor to install and operate an unmanned telecommunications facility for 10 years in an approximately 980 square foot area at the LLNL Livermore Site.
